The Starting Line
Belhop was born out of a simple observation: Aspen’s hospitality experience is fragmented, and the bar for technology-driven concierge service has yet to be raised. The name itself — Belhop — paired with the bell icon, sets the tone. From the beginning, the focus has been taste and function working together.
Our founding hypothesis was that high-end travelers want seamless access to trusted local services — chefs, chauffeurs, wellness providers, experiences — all discoverable and bookable through a single interface. The stuff you can't find on a simple Google search when you land in Aspen or a destination alike.
That insight has shaped the foundation we’ve been building: a modern brand with credibility, a curated vendor network, and thoughtful workflows that make the platform feel as intuitive as the best consumer apps while carrying the polish of a luxury service.
Getting on Base
The first iteration of our site is live. The tech foundation is in motion. We’re collecting early signals, testing ideas, and building proof of concept in real time. Nothing over-engineered. Rapid experimentation to set the stage for what’s next.
The name, the bell 🔔, the vibe... it’s some of my favorite work to date. It already feels like a brand I want to interact with, even before we’ve scaled any amount. For now, the mission is simple: get on base, keep the taste high, and have fun building something worth ringing for.
